The wives and girlfriends of current Monsters players make up the Monsters Better Halves.

Through volunteering and charitable action, the Better Halves serve as champions of the Monsters Community Foundation, and its mission to support Northeast Ohio programs that positively impact the areas of education, youth hockey, health & wellness, and basic needs.
