The Cleveland Monsters are committed to positively impacting the lives of youth in Northeast Ohio, on and off the ice, through the power of hockey. Through our community programs, volunteering, financial support and economic impact, the Monsters strive to be a force for good in our community.

The Monsters Community Foundation is proud to support organizations that provide programs that positively impact the lives of youth Northeast Ohio. The Foundation gives priority consideration to proposals with a focus in the following areas:
Growing the Game
Youth Wellness
Education
Creating Safe Spaces

 

Letting of Inquiry Information

We invite qualified, tax-exempt organization in Northeast Ohio seeking funding from our foundation to submit an L.O.I. (letter of inquiry) for review and consideration.

Grant Award Information
  • All LOIs will be reviewed by the Monsters Community Foundation Board for consideration
  • If an organization’s LOI is considered for funding by the foundation board, a detailed grant application will be sent out for completion
  • Once the completed grant application is received, the Monsters Community Foundation Board will conduct a final review before awarding the grant
  • If an organization is awarded a grant after the final review, a check from the Monsters Community Foundation will be sent to the non-profit organization for the determined grant amount
