In the second of four meetings between the two teams this season, the Cleveland Monsters, AHL affiliate of the NHL’s Columbus Blue Jackets, drop the puck vs. the Rockford IceHogs, AHL affiliate of the NHL’s Chicago Blackhawks, on Saturday with full coverage, live from BMO Harris Bank Center in Rockford, IL, underway at 7:00 pm on FOX Sports 1350 AM “The Gambler”, AHLTV and the Monsters Hockey Network.

 

MONSTERS PRE-SCOUT: Following a 2-5 road loss to the Rockford IceHogs on Friday, the Cleveland Monsters enter today’s game at 11-10-4-3 on the season. With a .518 points percentage, the Monsters currently rank fifth in the North Division standings and tenth in the Eastern Conference. Cleveland is currently led in scoring by D Jake Christiansen (5-15-20), C Brendan Gaunce (9-10-19), and C Liam Foudy (6-11-17).

 

ICEHOGS PRE-SCOUT: Following a 5-2 home win over the Cleveland Monsters on Friday, the Rockford IceHogs enter today’s game at 14-11-1-1 on the season. With a .556 points percentage, the IceHogs currently rank third in the Central Division standings and eighth in the Western Conference.
