Game Preview: Monsters at Marlies 11/27

In the fourth of six meetings between the two teams this season, the Cleveland Monsters, AHL affiliate of the NHL’s Columbus Blue Jackets, drop the puck vs. the Toronto Marlies, AHL affiliate of the NHL’s Toronto Maple Leafs, on Saturday with full coverage, live from Coca-Cola Coliseum in Toronto, underway at 4:00 pm on FOX Sports 1350 AM “The Gambler”, AHLTV and the Monsters Hockey Network.

 

MONSTERS PRE-SCOUT: Following a 5-1 home win over the Toronto Marlies on Friday, the Cleveland Monsters enter tonight’s game at 9-3-1-3 on the season. With a .688 points percentage, the Monsters currently rank second in the North Division standings and fourth in the Eastern Conference. Cleveland is currently led in scoring by D Jake Christiansen (5-12-17), C Brendan Gaunce (7-7-14), and LW Tyler Angle (1-12-13).

 

MARLIES PRE-SCOUT: Following a 1-5 road loss to the Cleveland Monsters on Friday, the Toronto Marlies enter tonight’s game at 8-5-1-1 on the season. With a .600 points percentage, the Marlies currently rank fourth in the North Division standings and sixth in the Eastern Conference. Toronto is currently led in scoring by C Brett Seney (8-5-13), D Joseph Duszak (0-13-13), and RW Josh Ho-Sang (8-4-12).
