In the first of four meetings between the two teams this season, the Cleveland Monsters, AHL affiliate of the NHL’s Columbus Blue Jackets, drop the puck vs. the Toronto Marlies, AHL affiliate of the NHL’s Toronto Maple Leafs, on Friday with full coverage, live from Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, underway at 7:00 pm on FOX Sports 1350 “The Gambler”, AHLTV, and the Monsters Hockey Network

 

MONSTERS PRE-SCOUT: Following a 4-5 road shootout loss to the Laval Rocket on Saturday, the Cleveland Monsters enter tonight’s game at 8-5-0-2 on the season. With 18 standings points, the Monsters currently rank third in the North Division standings and eighth in the Eastern Conference. Cleveland is currently led in scoring by RW Trey Fix-Wolansky (10-12-22), RW Carson Meyer (6-12-18), and RW Kirill Marchenko (8-6-14).

 

MARLIES PRE-SCOUT: Following a 3-5 road loss to the Syracuse Crunch on Wednesday, the Toronto Marlies enter tonight’s game at 10-5-1-0 on the season. With 21 standings points, the Marlies currently rank first in the North Division standings and fifth in the Eastern Conference. Toronto is currently led in scoring by C Logan Shaw (7-12-19), RW Joey Anderson (10-8-18), and C Semyon Der-Arguchintsev (5-11-16).
