In the sixth of eight meetings between the two teams this season, the Cleveland Monsters, AHL affiliate of the NHL’s Columbus Blue Jackets, drop the puck vs. the Laval Rocket, AHL affiliate of the NHL’s Montreal Canadiens, on Friday with full coverage, live from Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, underway at 7:00 pm on FOX Sports 1350 “The Gambler”, AHLTV, and the Monsters Hockey Network.

 

MONSTERS PRE-SCOUT: Following a 5-2 road win over the Charlotte Checkers on Sunday, the Cleveland Monsters enter tonight’s game at 15-18-3-2 on the season. With 35 standings points, the Monsters currently rank seventh in the North Division standings and 15th in the Eastern Conference. Cleveland is currently led in scoring by RW Trey Fix-Wolansky (18-22-40), RW Emil Bemstrom (14-17-31), and C Justin Richards (6-17-23).

 

ROCKET PRE-SCOUT: Following a 1-2 home overtime loss to the Belleville Senators on Wednesday, the Laval Rocket enter tonight’s game at 16-18-5-2 on the season. With 39 standings points, the Rocket currently rank 5th in the North Division standings and 13th in the Eastern Conference. Laval is currently led in scoring by LW Anthony Richard (20-20-40), C Peter Abbandonato (14-17-31), and RW Jesse Ylonen (8-19-27).
