KEYS TO SUCCESS:

  • AWESOME ADAM: Monsters D Adam Clendening is scoring at a point-per-game pace (3GP, 1-2-3) so far this season and has a three-game points streak to his credit through three appearances this year. Clendening’s three points rank tied for the AHL lead among defensemen and his two assists rank tied for third-most league-wide among blue-liners.
  • UNPLUG THE POWER: Neutralizing the Syracuse power-play should be a high priority for Cleveland on Saturday as the Crunch currently rank second in the AHL in overall power-play percentage (37.5%) and rank third league-wide in road power-play percentage (37.5%).
  • STINGY AS EVER: Through three games this season, the Monsters have allowed the AHL’s fifth-fewest goals per game (1.67, 5th).
