Monsters Close Out Home Regular Season vs Hamilton
MATHCUP Tonight begins a two-game set between the Lake Erie Monsters (33-29-8-4) and the Hamilton Bulldogs (34-28-12-0) when the two teams meet at 7:30 p.m. at Quicken Loans Arena. The Monsters are coming off a 6-4 home loss to Grand Rapids that ended their playoff hopes a night ago, while Hamilton is coming off a 5-3 road win in Oklahoma City on Wednesday. The Bulldogs took the last game between the two teams by a 4-0 score on February 7th. The Monsters are 2-1-1-0 against Hamilton this season, and the two teams will meet six times overall.
LAST TIME OUT The Monsters erased a pair of two-goal deficits last night, but couldn't erase a third before falling 6-4. Freddie Hamilton, Joey Hishon, Tomas Vincour, and Andrew Agozzino scored for the Monsters in the loss. Chris Bigras registered his first multi-point game as a professional, picking up two assists.
