KEYS TO SUCCESS:

  • TOP TRIO: Cleveland’s top forward line, consisting of Zac Dalpe, Terry Broadhurst, and Alex Broadhurst, are scoring at a remarkable rate against the IceHogs this season. In 11 combined appearances, the trio has provided a grand total of seven goals and 14 points (7-7-14) through the first five games of the two teams’ eight-game season series.
  • DON’T FALL BEHIND: Cleveland would do well not to end a period trailing Rockford on Friday as the IceHogs are 10-1-0-1 when leading through 20 minutes of play this season and 12-0-1-0 when holding the edge through two frames.
  • KEEP IT ROLLING: The Monsters’ confidence is riding high in the wake of the team’s first back-to-back wins since a pair of mid-November victories over the Milwaukee Admirals. Cleveland is now 2-1-0-0 vs. Rockford at home this season and 3-1-0-1 vs. the IceHogs overall this year.
