Monsters Kickoff Road trip with a Battle in Rockford

In the third of eight meetings between the two teams this season, the Cleveland Monsters, proud affiliate of the NHL’s Columbus Blue Jackets, drop the puck vs. the Rockford IceHogs, AHL affiliate of the NHL’s Chicago Blackhawks, on Tuesday with full coverage, live from BMO Harris Bank Center in Rockford, IL, underway at 8:00 pm on Alt 99.1 and the Monsters Hockey Network.

MONSTERS PRE-SCOUT: Following a 3-5 home loss to the Grand Rapids Griffins on Saturday, the Cleveland Monsters enter tonight’s game at 9-15-3-2 on the season. With a .397 points percentage, the Monsters currently rank seventh in the AHL’s Central Division standings and 15th in the Western Conference standings. Cleveland is led in scoring by C Carter Camper (7-13-20), RW Miles Koules (7-6-13), and C Sam Vigneault (6-6-12).

ICEHOGS PRE-SCOUT: In the wake of a 6-2 road loss to the Chicago Wolves on Saturday, the Rockford IceHogs enter tonight’s game at 18-13-1-1 overall this season. With a .576 points percentage, the IceHogs currently rank second in the AHL’s Central Division standings and sixth in the Western Conference.
