KEYS TO SUCCESS:

  • HOT HANDS: Cleveland C Carter Camper is currently riding a three-game points streak (1-2-3), Monsters C Alex Broadhurst has four points in his past four games played (2-2-4), and Cleveland C Zac Dalpe has points in two straight games (0-2-2).
  • FABULOUS FORD: Grand Rapids captain, RW Matthew Ford, is currently in the midst of the longest active goal streak in the AHL with six goals to his credit spanning his past five appearance. The Monsters will need to shut him down on Saturday if they hope to prevail.
  • FILL SHOOTING LANES: The Monsters will need to help their goaltenders by blocking shots and keeping the Griffins’ attack to the perimeter on Saturday as Cleveland’s net-minders have allowed five goals-per-game over the course of the team’s past three outings.
