In the third of eight meetings between the two teams this season, the Cleveland Monsters, AHL affiliate of the NHL’s Columbus Blue Jackets, drop the puck vs. the Belleville Senators, AHL affiliate of the NHL’s Ottawa Senators, on Friday with full coverage, live from Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse, underway at 7:00 pm on FOX Sports 1350 “The Gambler”, AHLTV, and the Monsters Hockey Network.

 

MONSTERS PRE-SCOUT: Following a 2-3 home loss to the Chicago Wolves on Saturday, the Cleveland Monsters enter tonight’s game at 17-20-3-2 on the season. With 39 standings points, the Monsters currently rank sixth in the North Division standings and 14th in the Eastern Conference. Cleveland is currently led in scoring by RW Trey Fix-Wolansky (19-24-43), RW Emil Bemstrom (14-17-31), and C Justin Richards (8-18-26).

 

SENATORS PRE-SCOUT: Following a 4-5 home overtime loss to the Rochester Americans on Saturday, the Belleville Senators enter tonight’s game at 17-22-4-1 on the season. With 39 standings points, the Senators currently rank seventh in the North Division standings and 15th in the Eastern Conference. Belleville is currently led in scoring by RW Egor Sokolov (12-28-40), LW Jake Lucchini (10-19-29), and RW Scott Sabourin (15-11-26).

 

REGULAR-SEASON SERIES: Friday marks the third of eight meetings between the Monsters and Senators this season (1-0-0-1, even goal differential [9/9]) and the first of four games between the two clubs at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse this year.
